Project Description
The Posta Design Hotel is located in one of the first buildings designed in 1930
by Giuseppe Terragni – the most important rationalist architect from Como
known throughout the world. It is located in the lovely Piazza Volta in the heart
of the historic center of Como a stone’s throw from the lake. Reopened in 2014,
after a long and impeccable renovation that he tried to maintain
the original vision of the construction by integrating it with elements
of the highest quality Italian design.
The 14 rooms were created following a clear creative line
and on the ground floor, the Posta Bistrot is open every day until late in the evening
for breakfasts, light lunches and aperitifs with a terrace overlooking Piazza Volta.
